We will meet over zoom for a 1 hour session. It’s similar to guided meditation and uses symbols or visuals to communicate new insights.
We start the session by making sure you are comfortable. I guide you through a short mindfulness practice to get you into a calm state and ask you to describe any visual shapes or colors you may see/feel.
Often our subconscious thinks and feels in symbols and our brain attaches meaning to them.
For example, anxiety is often described as a weight on your chest. Our mind gives us visuals or thoughts that are symbolic of things going on for us.
Without asking any personal questions bout what a symbol may mean, I help you talk about any emotions coming up and help you move through them using the visuals and symbols you bring up throughout the session. I’m not here to give you advice or answers – only to hold space and invite you to get curious as we explore your inner world together.
Often as we work together you will have experiences, visuals, or memories come to mind. As you listen to my guided questions or the sound bath harmonies, your emotions can shift, loosen, and help you feel more at peace internally – without disclosing anything to anyone else! It’s an incredible way to heal and understand the power of our subconscious mind.
