I used to feel reactive and overwhelmed, and even at times, detached from myself.
I’ve always felt a pull to dig deeper and seek answers to big questions like what does it mean to be alive? How are love and trust related? How can I trust myself?
Growing up with a sister with childhood Leukemia, I spent a lot of time even as a child wondering about the meaning and sacredness of life. Though I had a home that felt unsafe, I recognized there was more beauty available in life. And I wanted to dedicate myself to healing from the unhealthy patterns I learned and grow into a self-love, self-knowing, and self-trust.
After years of working through my own emotional blocks, understanding my subconscious thought patterns, I’ve realized that no matter what our subconscious beliefs are, our brain will serve up evidence to prove them right. So it is up to us to recognize the pattern and origin and reframe our inner beliefs about who we are and what we can do.
In my work, I help you recognize patterns in how you perceive and interact with the world, and use healing modalities to help rewire these thought patterns.
Sometimes, having a mirror hold space while you find your own inner patterns can help you see how your life weaves together - and how to create something beautiful with the threads you’ve been given.
I put YOU at the center of your healing journey. I do not use the word “healer to describe myself” because YOU are the only one who can do this work for your life. I just create space and bring intention, attention, and awareness.
